I can’t pretend that I’m not me, wholeheartedly
Laura and Adam (we) are musicians from Canada. We’ve been making music together since probably technically before we met, but enjoying it a lot more after that point. Our style is somewhere in the pop rock universe.
We’re currently in the (protracted) process of finishing our first full-length album. You can find one of the singles from our EP above, in lyric video form. It’s not currently streaming, but you can listen to (or buy) it on Bandcamp.
This website does dual duty as the internet home of our duo and our blog, which deals largely with issues of mental health and music. Check it out here!
Laura
Laura brings what she learned in her studies in both music and psychology to everything she writes – songs, blog posts, and fiction. She is the main songwriter and lead singer of Delicately Off-Balance.
Adam
Adam has a history of picking up whatever instrument is needed in the projects he’s brought his talents to, but in Delicately Off-Balance, he mainly plays guitar (and sometimes sings).
Echo
Our mascot, first test audience, and emotional support, Echo is usually close at hand when we work on our music.
